Validation & Verification
Arzon Limited’s production and quality team has decades of experience from materials, roll forming and high-frequency welding operations. As the target is zero defect rate, the production flow consists of a number of different quality gates such as incoming inspection of materials, product profile testing, burst pressure and bending tests, as well as burr and cleanliness analysis.
Arzon has capabilities to provide chemical composition analysis, metallurgical and mechanical studies, corrosion testing as well as advanced engineering functions such as CFD/FEA.
